Hundreds of thousands of gallons per day, from clustered substations

Individual units combine into a single engineered array — sized to municipal, industrial or campus-scale demand, not appliance-scale consumption.

Industrial Product Lineup

Five industrial capacities, plus clustered substations

Every GTG Atmospheric Water Generator runs the same enclosed-vortex compressor and 7-stage filtration process — purpose-built for industrial, agricultural, government and data center demand, not appliance-scale use.

Ratings shown at 86°F / 80% relative humidity. Actual output varies with ambient temperature and humidity — see the production reference data below. All units share the same enclosed-vortex compressor, external-balance thermal expansion valve control, and annual filter kit: HEPA air filter, PPF, CTO, UDF, UF, UV and mineralization stages.

Performance Data

Water production by temperature & humidity

Output scales with ambient conditions — warmer, more humid air yields more water per day. Reference production curves below illustrate the relationship across GTG's platform.

Process

The 7-stage filtration process

Every unit takes atmospheric humidity — cleaner at the source than contaminated ground water — and carries it through seven stages engineered to eliminate bacteria while preserving taste.

  1. Intake & Pre-Filtration

Ambient air is drawn in and screened of particulates before condensation.

  2. Refrigerated Condensation

Humidity is condensed into liquid water using a closed refrigeration cycle.

  3. Sediment Filtration

Removes fine particulate matter from the condensed water.

  4. Carbon Block Filtration

Reduces odor, taste inconsistencies and trace organics.

  5. Mineralization

Restores beneficial minerals for taste and health.

  6. UV Sterilization

Neutralizes bacteria and pathogens without chemical additives.

  7. Final Polish

Final-stage filter delivers water that meets or exceeds WHO drinking water standards.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the water produced from an AWG machine really pure and safe?

Yes — the water is pure, safe, clean and great tasting. It starts out cleaner than groundwater because it comes from vapor and humidity in the air rather than dirty, contaminated ground water that requires purification. The filtration system is extremely effective and efficient at killing all bacteria.

Is there enough water in the air to produce water every day?

Yes. There are approximately 12 quadrillion (12,000,000,000,000,000) liters of water in the atmosphere at any given time — a continuously renewing source.

How much water do I actually need per day?

Divide your body weight in pounds by 2 to get the number of ounces necessary for daily sustenance. For example, a 200 lb body weight divided by 2 equals 100 oz, requiring a minimum of about 3 liters per day.

Do I need to be connected to municipal water infrastructure?

No. GTG's Atmospheric Water Generators are 100% independent of existing natural water resources and municipal utility delivery, providing daily fresh drinking water at the point of use.

What documentation is available before I purchase?

GTG provides a feasibility study and an independent water purity testing report to help you evaluate an AWG purchase. Visit the Resources page to download both.

What happens after I purchase a unit?

GTG is in the solutions business, not the box-selling business. Our engineering and project management team stays engaged after installation to support long-term success.
